National Diamond Outlet is committed to processing and shipping orders as promptly as possible. All orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and FedEx®, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Saturday delivery is available through UPS for select areas- for information regarding availability and pricing, please contact customer service.
We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States without a minimum purchase. You do not need to enter a coupon code to receive this discount, simply select the available free shipping method listed on the checkout page. Expedited shipping methods are also available through checkout (see pricing below).

Security & Insurance
We encourage all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering thoroughly when physically receiving and signing their acceptance of the package. For your peace of mind, every shipment requires a signature at the time of delivery despite any waivers you may have with the carrier. Because of the nature of the items being shipped, purchases made with a debit or credit card can only be shipped to the billing address of the card used to place the order. We also offer a “Hold At” service at FedEx locations; please contact our office for additional information. An automated e-mail will be sent to notify you that your purchase has shipped along with the carrier’s tracking number.
To keep your secret safe, all orders are shipped in discreetly marked packages. We do not mention jewelry or our business name on the shipping label.
We ship all APO/FPO orders via USPS Mail to the appropriate APO/FPO processing center; final delivery is made via the Military Postal Service. Please note, tracking is not available for APO/FPO addresses after packages are transferred to the Military Postal Service. For security purposes, USPS will not show a delivery scan or an in-transit scan for packages sent to these addresses. National Diamond Outlet is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the Military Postal Service takes possession of the package. If your APO/FPO address requires specific delivery instructions, we require the details to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase confirmation number provided on your invoice.
P.O. Box Delivery
All P.O. Box deliveries require a recipient's signature upon pickup. We do not ship orders valued over $1,500 to a P.O. Box address. Please note that UPS® and FedEx® shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address, only USPS® can deliver packages to a P.O. Box address. In some cases, our billing department will require a P.O. Box Authorization Form for orders requested to be delivered to a P.O. Box.
International shipments (including Canada and Mexico) must select the international shipping rate during the checkout process. International orders that do not choose the international shipping rate are automatically canceled. Delivery of the shipments may be delayed due to international customs processing. Neither National Diamond Outlet nor their international shipping carriers are liable for any lost or stolen packages once the item is in the possession of a foreign country's customs office. National Diamond Outlet is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the customs office of the destination country.
