A: Yes! While we primarily sell diamonds and fine jewelry online, our showroom offers the perfect way to see, touch, and try on our rings in person

A: Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses within California.

A: National Diamond Outlet offers complimentary ring resizing.

A: Yes. On the day of shipment we'll email you a shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information.

A: We fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have.

Q: We may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday (for an additional cost). UPS Saturday Service covers the majority of US cities.

A: We are pleased to offer an upgrade policy allowing you to exchange your jewelry in the future for the full value.
