If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. You can also exchange any purchase made with us for the full value of your original purchase- for life!
How to Return or Exchange An Item
- Call us toll-free at 1-800-490-6350 and press 4 to obtain your return merchandise authorization code (RMA number).
- You will receive an email confirmation for the RMA with return instructions. Please make sure to print and complete the attached return form.
- Packaging Your Return
Pack your item(s) and invoice securely to guard against loss. If possible, double-box your return (place a smaller box or padded envelope within a larger box and pack to restrict movement of the smaller box) and seal all seams or flaps on the outer box with tape. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal and/or gift items and those items are not returned, you may be liable for replacement fees up to $75.00. For additional protection, please do not write any words on the box related to jewelry (i.e. diamonds, jewelry, etc...).
- Shipping and Insuring Your Package
The value of your order total determines how it should be shipped back. Check your invoice, if the total sale price of the item(s) you're sending back is:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request tracking with signature confirmation.
More than $500: Ship your package via USPS Registered Mail. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request tracking with signature confirmation.
More than $25,000: For security reasons, high-value returns require special arrangements. Please contact our office to receive special assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
Once your shipment is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed shortly. Our quality assurance department will need to review the returned item(s) before processing any requests. Refunds are typically processed within 4-6 business days and are credited using the same form of payment used when the purchase was made.
- The return policy time frame begins when an order is delivered.
- Purchases are not eligible for refund 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted or processed.
- National Diamond Outlet is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- National Diamond Outlet does not provide free return shipping or return shipping materials.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are not credited in exchanges or refunds.
- Rush service charges are non-refundable and are not credited in exchanges or refunds.
- Purchases paid with a gift card are non-refundable and will be processed for store credit.
- Custom and special order items are considered final sales and are not eligible for a refund.
- Items showing signs of wear or that have been engraved, altered, and/or re-sized by a jeweler other than National Diamond Outlet or that have been damaged will not be accepted or processed.
